The role manages sales order processing and lifecycle activities, inventory allocation, billing adjustments, reputed company recognition, reconciliations, reporting, period-end activities, and reputed company testing while coordinating with sales agents, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Director of Sales reputed company, the Sales reputed company Specialist will be responsible for reputed company processing of reputed company sales order activity, including reputed company transfer and allocation of inventory to support daily billing activities
• As reputed company as reputed company processing of reputed company sales order adjustments received reputed company internal or reputed company customer requests
• This position will work closely with sales agents, end customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure reputed company reputed company recognition and accurate reputed company of saleable inventory on an ongoing reputed company
• Responsible for sales order lifecycle management for reputed company orders activity (US/OUS and reputed company/PSI)
• Conducts daily review of order-to-cash pipeline to ensure that reputed company-level inventory is properly transacted, and reputed company salable component-level inventory is allocated prior to purchase order application
• Resolves reputed company billing and delivery reputed company issues reputed company to pricing and batch discrepancies
• reputed company reconciliation of surgical case to case billing activity

• Provides periodic reporting of area activity to ensure adequate visibility

• Provides guidance to internal teams on resolving inventory variances
• Participates in User Acceptance Testing for reputed company enhancements, as requested
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• * High school diploma or equivalent
• * Minimum of 3 years of relevant reputed company experience (Business, reputed company, Supply Chain, Customer Service and/or Hospital
• * Ability to approach end customer and sales agent requests in a proactive and consultative manner
• * Self-motivated; can work with reputed company supervision reputed company traveling to key customers
• * Experience with ERP systems
• * High aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting
• * Exhibits professionalism, particularly reputed company working cross-functionally
• * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
