The role focuses on independently negotiating and managing reputed company Trial Agreements, addressing reputed company and reputed company, supporting data protection agreements, and partnering with reputed company reputed company and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the preparation, review, negotiation, and execution of reputed company Trial Agreements (CTAs) with reputed company sites, with a reputed company reputed company on reputed company, regulatory, and operational terms rather than budgets or payment schedules
• Serve as a reputed company contract partner to reputed company reputed company, proactively addressing site contract issues that may reputed company study timelines, site activation, or compliance
• Identify and mitigate key reputed company and reputed company reputed company CTAs, including publication rights, IP, indemnification, subject injury, confidentiality, data use, and termination provisions
• Support negotiation and execution of data processing and data protection agreements for domestic and international reputed company, including familiarity with reputed company Contractual Clauses and cross‑border data transfer considerations
• Collaborate with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company reputed company, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, R&D, and other functional teams to ensure reputed company reputed company with company policies and applicable laws

Skills

• • JD required
• • 8+ years of experience negotiating and managing reputed company Trial Agreements (CTAs), specifically with reputed company sites
• • Experience negotiating data processing and data protection terms for international reputed company, including reputed company Contractual Clauses or similar mechanisms
• • Strong understanding of reputed company trial reputed company and experience partnering directly with reputed company reputed company teams
• • Experience supporting additional biotech functional areas such as Medical Affairs, R&D, Regulatory, and/or CMC
• • Deep knowledge of contractual reputed company assessment and mitigation in a biotech or pharmaceutical environment
• • Experience working with CLM systems and e-signature platforms
• • Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office applications
• • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
