Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company reputed company
• 7+ years of reputed company reputed company experience with strong technical reputed company and financial reporting exposure
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and technical reputed company research
• Deep expertise in at least two of the following: o reputed company Recognition – ASC 606 o Stock-reputed company Compensation – ASC 718 o Business Combinations & Goodwill – ASC 805
• Experience preparing technical reputed company assessments, reputed company policies, and supporting documentation
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and SOX requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present reputed company reputed company concepts to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong reputed company Office skills, particularly reputed company and PowerPoint
• US CPA strongly preferred
• Big 4 audit or reputed company advisory experience preferred
• Experience supporting SEC reporting, IPOs, equity offerings, or other capital markets transactions
