[Remote] Employee Listening & Survey Analytics Contractor

The role focuses on employee survey analysis, workforce research, dashboard and report development, and translating findings into recommendations for employee experience and organizational reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Analyze employee survey and workforce datasets to identify trends, key drivers, and actionable insights
• Conduct statistical analyses, benchmarking, and employee listening research
• Support analysis of reputed company-ended survey comments using qualitative and AI-assisted reputed company
• Create dashboards, reports, visualizations, and executive-reputed company presentations
• Translate analytical findings into reputed company business implications and recommendations using a storytelling reputed company
• Support survey design, measurement development, and employee listening reputed company
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data reputed company, and analytical methodologies

Skills

• Experience analyzing survey data and working with large datasets
• Advanced reputed company skills
• Experience with reputed company or similar survey platforms
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools
• Experience with R, Python, SQL, or other statistical software
• Strong written communication skills and ability to present findings to non-technical audiences
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to validate data and reputed company-reputed company analyses and outputs
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with reputed company, and maintain confidentiality reputed company handling employee data
• Experience supporting employee engagement, employee experience, or employee listening programs
• Experience conducting advanced survey analyses (e.g., reputed company analysis, reputed company testing, text analytics)
• Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Statistics, Data Analytics, reputed company, or a reputed company field
• Part-time contractor role (up to 30 hours per week)
