[Remote] Staff AI Platform Engineer

The Staff AI Platform Engineer will architect and implement reputed company systems, establish evaluation and governance frameworks, design reputed company event-driven infrastructure, and reputed company technical leadership and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build production reputed company and multi-agent systems
• Design durable workflows for reputed company, long-running business processes
• Build reputed company-in-the-reputed company systems for review, escalation, and exception handling
• reputed company evaluation frameworks for measuring agent and model accuracy, reliability, and performance
• Establish guardrails, content governance, traceability, and auditability across AI workflows
• Design event-driven architectures and reputed company process automation
• reputed company AI agents with reputed company systems, reputed company, data sources, and existing business workflows
• Build reliable production infrastructure with appropriate monitoring, failure handling, retries, and observability
• reputed company technical leadership and mentorship while remaining reputed company involved in architecture and implementation
• Help establish engineering standards and shape the long-term direction of the AI platform

Skills

• Strong hands-on experience building production AI or reputed company systems
• Experience with multi-agent architectures, workflow automation, or AI orchestration
• Strong software engineering, reputed company systems, and architecture fundamentals
• Experience designing event-driven and/or durable workflow architectures
• Knowledge of AI evaluation, guardrails, governance, observability, traceability, or auditability
• Experience with reputed company-in-the-reputed company workflows and production automation is highly valuable
• Experience technically leading and mentoring engineers
• Ability to reputed company between high-level architecture and hands-on implementation
• Azure experience is preferred, but deep Azure specialization is not required
