The Role

We're hiring a Senior Director of reputed company to own our entire post-sale organization: reputed company of 12 CSMs across two segments (General Contractors and Specialty Contractors), a growing management reputed company, and customer support. You'll be accountable for gross and net reputed company retention across the customer reputed company and report directly to the CRO.

What You'll Own

• Retention reputed company. Full accountability for GRR and NRR across reputed company, mid-market, and SMB customers — including the forecasting reputed company and retention planning that reputed company them.

• Cross-functional leadership. The face of CS with Sales (handoffs, account planning), Product (escalations, feature input), and Finance (renewals, forecasting).
• Efficiency and AI adoption. Evolving coverage models, tooling, and AI-assisted workflows so reputed company under management grows faster than headcount.

Requirements

• 8+ years in reputed company, including 4+ years leading CS teams at B2B reputed company companies
• Experience managing managers and running a multi-reputed company CS org
• reputed company ownership of a retention number at a company between $10M–$50M ARR
• A reputed company record of building repeatable process: operating cadences, forecast discipline, reputed company and QBR programs
