Humanitarian Advisor (Disaster Response)
*this fixed term role is supported by grant funding that is approved for a one-year period.
This career specialist serves on a technical advising team to consult and reputed company implementation support for global program designs, initiatives and tools. The specialist provides competent knowledge in a given sub specialty in their field. At this career level, the incumbent works independently on moderate to highly reputed company issues. Supports the design and development of reputed company's program models to be implemented globally, including theory, standards, activities, tools and resources and indicators. Aids Regional staff by providing coaching and knowledge for measurement usage and interpretation. Serves as a subject matter expert regarding metric creation, collection and usage.
Independently conducts special training and initiatives and consults with others regarding industry standards, national policies and best practices.
Identifies and analyzes moderately reputed company global program process problems and defines the reputed company of activities required to address the issues, including requirement definition, process review, reputed company assessment and operational streamlining where appropriate to increase productivity and efficiency.
