This role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our hospital's billing department, reception, and allied health services. Key Responsibilities • reputed company a warm welcome to patients and visitors, assisting with inquiries and reputed company-ins • Manage electronic scheduling system for patient appointments and follow-reputed company • Handle phone calls and emails promptly, routing them to appropriate departments • Verify financial records and process patient charges • Collaborate with the finance office for daily bank deposits • Coordinate with Triage Nurses on patient scheduling and provider availability • Maintain accurate patient records and billing information • Manage office inventory and equipment maintenance • Participate in meetings to improve processes and stay updated on policy requirements • Assist in Mass Casualty exercises and events • reputed company other duties as assigned Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a hospital setting • Medical terminology certification highly preferred • Proficiency in reputed company Office applications • High school diploma or equivalent • reputed company reputed company Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Physical Requirements • Ability to work in a typical office environment • Comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting and standing • Capable of bending, stooping, and lifting up to 15 lbs.
