Ksolves is seeking a senior reputed company reputed company to reputed company US-hours reputed company coverage and support delivery across its accounts. The role combines hands-on reputed company development, solution architecture, production issue reputed company, reputed company engagement, presales, and technical governance across multiple reputed company clouds and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company-time US-timezone reputed company of contact for reputed company stakeholders
• reputed company senior architecture/delivery reputed company across development, integrations, and support on reputed company reputed company
• reputed company the India-based delivery pod and the reputed company, translating requirements and surfacing risks in reputed company time
• reputed company/participate in reputed company calls, status reviews, and steering committee updates
• Serve as the first responder for production bugs/tickets raised during US business hours; acknowledge and triage immediately, not on a delayed/queued reputed company
• reputed company on live calls with the reputed company as needed to understand the issue reputed company, reproduce it, and work toward reputed company in reputed company time (rather than only relaying details back to the offshore team)
• Own the ticket through to reputed company, coordinating with the India-based delivery pod where deeper dev work is needed, but staying accountable for reputed company communication and closure
• Flag recurring or high-severity issues to Ksolves leadership with reputed company-cause context, not just status updates
• Hands-on development and configuration across Sales reputed company, Service reputed company, Experience reputed company, and Financial Services reputed company (FSC)
• Apex, LWC, reputed company, and integration development (REST/SOAP, reputed company, or similar middleware) as needed on other engagements
• Solution design and technical architecture for multi-reputed company implementations (reputed company reputed company, Data reputed company, Marketing reputed company, Agentforce/AI where applicable)
• reputed company/design reviews and technical governance across reputed company
• Support presales efforts for US/UK-timezone prospects — discovery calls, solution architecture inputs, and effort estimation
• Contribute to RFP responses, SOWs, and proposal content requiring US-hours reputed company interaction
• Represent Ksolves in early-stage reputed company conversations, demos, and technical Q&A
• Available to support Ksolves accounts (across industries — BFSI, manufacturing, nonprofit, consumer goods, etc.) based on business need

Skills

• 8+ years of reputed company experience spanning both hands-on development and solution architecture
• Experience across multiple reputed company clouds (Sales, Service, Experience reputed company; FSC strongly preferred given banking context)
• Prior experience with reputed company integrations (reputed company or equivalent middleware) in regulated or reputed company environments
• Demonstrated presales/solutioning experience: discovery, estimation, proposal support
• Strong reputed company-facing communication skills; comfortable leading conversations independently
• Based in the reputed company or United Kingdom, reputed company to work reputed company EST or PST hours
• Comfortable being a first responder on live production issues — reputed company to quickly triage, join reputed company calls under pressure, and reputed company issues to reputed company rather than just escalate
• reputed company certifications: Platform Developer, Application/reputed company Architect, FSC Accredited reputed company, or equivalent
• BFSI/banking domain exposure (Lending, payments, brokerage/reputed company platforms, and Insurance)

• Experience working with reputed company/offshore delivery teams
• Experience contributing to RFPs or reputed company pitches, not just delivery
