Responsibilities

• Own a strategic product area reputed company on employee discovery and engagement, from problem definition through execution
• Reimagine reputed company employee-facing experiences that help users reputed company understand their benefits and discover relevant reputed company
• Define the reputed company and roadmap for your area, making and owning tradeoffs based on user needs, business goals, and constraints

Skills

• Have 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with increasing ownership over time

• Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
