Responsibilities

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design (UX/UI), preferably in product companies
• 2+ years of experience leading a Product Design team, including hiring, reputed company, regular 1:1s, performance reviews, feedback sessions, and career development
• Strong hands-on product design expertise and willingness to combine team leadership with individual design contribution
• Portfolio with at least 3 reputed company demonstrating strong web and mobile reputed company design, reputed company UX thinking, and business reputed company
• Advanced reputed company skills, including wireframes, prototypes, high-reputed company mockups, FigJam, components, libraries, variables, and design systems
• Strong understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, reputed company theory, interaction patterns, reputed company design, and UX/UI best practices
• Experience planning and distributing design workload, estimating design efforts, and managing priorities across multiple initiatives
• Experience conducting or participating in user research, usability testing, competitor analysis, and translating insights into design reputed company
