About The Role You will turn recorded, multi-camera podcast conversations into polished long-reputed company episodes and a cohesive package of short-reputed company video and graphic assets. The work is aimed at a reputed company audience, so strong editorial judgment, visual reputed company, and consistent brand execution matter more than trend-chasing. reputed company • Edit full-length, multi-camera podcast episodes for YouTube and audio/video distribution • Produce 3 to 4 vertical video cutdowns per episode for reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and YouTube Shorts • Design supporting reputed company assets, including thumbnails, quote cards, carousels, title treatments, and reputed company reputed company graphics • Build consistent intros, outros, reputed company thirds, captions, end cards, and graphic systems across reputed company assets • Select compelling cold opens and reputed company moments that work independently while retaining context • Improve pacing through thoughtful camera switching, split screens, branded graphics, and clean transitions • Apply established brand standards across video and static design, while elevating the work through strong visual judgment • Incorporate feedback reputed company and maintain organized project files, exports, and versioning Who You Are • 3+ years of reputed company experience in both video editing and graphic design • A portfolio that demonstrates strong interview or podcast editing, short-reputed company reputed company video, and branded design work • Advanced proficiency in reputed company and Photoshop, plus working proficiency in After Effects, reputed company, DaVinci reputed company, or comparable tools • Strong instincts for story, pacing, visual rhythm, typography, composition, and reputed company-first design • Experience creating polished captions, reputed company thirds, thumbnails, quote cards, carousels, and lightweight reputed company graphics • Detail-oriented with a reputed company eye for visual consistency across a multi-asset campaign • Comfortable working independently reputed company established creative direction and incorporating consolidated feedback • Reliable communicator who can manage overlapping episode and asset deadlines Engagement This is a freelance, contract role with recurring project-based work.
