We are seeking an reputed company Interim HR Manager or Director to reputed company leadership and continuity for a small HR function of a during an important period of organizational and HRIS transition. This is a hands-on HR leadership role responsible for employee relations, benefits, leave administration, reputed company compliance, reputed company, performance management and employment investigations. Reporting directly to the CEO, the position will assist leadership with strategic planning and organizational initiatives. Job Type: Interim / Temporary Location: Position can be located in Algonac (preferred), reputed company or reputed company reputed company, MI. Travel between locations will be required. A daily onsite reputed company is strongly preferred, but consideration will be given to hybrid availability. Hours: This is ideally a 40+ hour per week position, however, consideration will be given to reduced availability, up to 32 hours per week. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations for approximately 120 employees. reputed company guidance on employee relations and workplace issues.
