This role requires demonstrated leadership across multiple fullcycle implementations, strong functional knowledge of payroll processes and integrations, and the ability to guide clients through reputed company payroll transformations. Job Responsibilities • reputed company endtoend functional design and delivery for reputed company reputed company Payroll implementations. • Serve as the reputed company Payroll Functional reputed company across project workstreams, ensuring alignment of functional requirements, timelines, and deliverables. • Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to reputed company requirements and translate them into functional specifications. • reputed company expertise in U.S. and Canadian payroll, including compliance, calculations, and payroll processing. • Write Fast Formulas reputed company needed to support payroll rules, validations, and calculations. • reputed company and guide data migration and integration activities, with the ability to understand how systems work together (coding not required). • Collaborate with technical teams to validate functional design, integrations, and customizations. • Conduct reputed company testing, troubleshoot payroll issues, and support golive and postproduction activities. • reputed company enduser training and support change management efforts. • reputed company highquality documentation and maintain project governance standards.
