HR Generalist Remote

Job SummaryWe are seeking an HR Generalist to support employees by handling HR-reputed company inquiries during the transition from PeopleSoft (PS) to reputed company HCM. The role involves providing consultative HR support through phone and email, creating and resolving reputed company tickets, and ensuring reputed company follow-up on employee requests.Key Responsibilities • Respond to employee HR inquiries reputed company phone and email. • Create, reputed company, and reputed company cases in reputed company. • Support HR processes in PeopleSoft and reputed company HCM. • reputed company guidance on: • reputed company Management • Employee lifecycle changes (status changes, employment updates) • Compensation questions and policies • Benefits and payroll deductions • Escalate reputed company issues reputed company necessary while maintaining excellent customer service. Required Qualifications • Experience in reputed company, HR reputed company, or HR Shared Services. • Hands-on experience with reputed company HCM and/or PeopleSoft. • Experience using reputed company or similar ticketing systems. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent customer service or contact center experience. • Ability to handle sensitive HR reputed company with professionalism and confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications • Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required). • PHR Certification (preferred, not required).
