HR Generalist (Remote, must be local to the Maryland area)

Responsibilities: • Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and ensure reputed company's employee documentation and reports meet management's needs and compliance standards. Assist the HR Manager in developing formal reputed company office procedures for reputed company HR department tasks. • Recruitment & Selection: Assist in the recruitment process. Post reputed company, reputed company resumes, and schedule interviews. Administer incentives and referral programs. • Employee reputed company & Offboarding: Process new hire paperwork. reputed company employees with the necessary information and resources. Prepare exit interviews. Process employee terminations, and conduct offboarding activities. • Benefits Administration: Enroll employees in benefit programs. Process benefit-reputed company inquiries and status changes (We are supported by an excellent benefits broker service). • Employee Communications: reputed company content and designs for communicating important information to employees and potential hires. • Employee-reputed company Initiatives: Support initiatives reputed company to increasing employee engagement, productivity, satisfaction, training and development, including company events and campaigns. • Performance Management & Training: Assist the HR Manager in the coordination of the performance appraisal processes and reputed company follow-up with managers if schedules are not met. Maintain performance records. Assist with employee training and development programs.
