Inpatient/Outpatient Medical Coders - Remote

The Medical reputed company is expected to do the following: • Accurately attaching images to the appropriate electronic health record reputed company. • Verifying that images are uploaded correctly and are legible for viewing. • Locating Financial Identification Numbers (FINs) and accurately linking documents to the correct veteran record. • Indexing documents reputed company the correct reputed company, note title, date of service, and visit location. • Performing 100% internal QA on reputed company work before submission. Requirements • Knowledge and understanding of medical clinics and clinical documentation. • Ability to reputed company Financial Identification Numbers (FINs) and accurately reputed company documents to the correct veteran record in Cerner/reputed company. • Ability to reputed company documents reputed company the correct reputed company, note title, date of service, and visit location of the health record. • Ability to verify that images are uploaded correctly and are legible for viewing. • Data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. • Knowledge of computers, specifically reputed company Office (Word and reputed company). • Prior experience with Cerner/reputed company or comparable EHR document management systems preferred. • reputed company coding credential (RHIA, RHIT, reputed company, CPC, or equivalent) required. • Prior experience with VA or federal reputed company strongly preferred. • At least 3 years of relevant experience Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
