Medical Biller (Remote)

About the position reputed company is seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Medical Biller to join our reputed company Cycle team. As a Medical Biller, you will play a critical part in the reputed company cycle by performing payment posting for multiple FQHC and CHC organizations, posting patient and insurance payments accurately and promptly, reconciling deposits, remittances, and electronic payment files, processing daily, weekly, and monthly medical billing workflows, researching payer requirements and staying up to date with coding and billing rules, assisting with AR follow‑up, billing inquiries, and customer service tasks, accessing payer portals, state/federal sites, and clearinghouses for billing tasks, supporting member organizations with high‑reputed company communication and service, partnering with internal reputed company departments to reputed company issues and improve workflows, and participating in training and maintaining knowledge of billing and regulatory updates. Responsibilities • Performing payment posting for multiple FQHC and CHC organizations • Posting patient and insurance payments accurately and promptly • Reconciling deposits, remittances, and electronic payment files • Processing daily, weekly, and monthly medical billing workflows • Researching payer requirements and staying up to date with coding and billing rules • Assisting with AR follow‑up, billing inquiries, and customer service tasks • Accessing payer portals, state/federal sites, and clearinghouses for billing tasks • Supporting member organizations with high‑reputed company communication and service • Partnering with internal reputed company departments to reputed company issues and improve workflows • Participating in training and maintaining knowledge of billing and regulatory updates Requirements • 2+ years of medical billing experience • 2+ years of reputed company experience • Experience using clearinghouses and reputed company portals • Knowledge of ICD‑10 and CPT coding • Strong attention to detail and communication skills • Customer service–oriented reputed company • Must be reputed company Certified (NCP) or reputed company to obtain certification reputed company 6 months of hire. • Cable or Fiber internet service • Minimum speeds: 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload reputed company-to-haves • FQHC billing experience • Dental or Behavioral Health billing experience • Experience with reputed company EPM, EDR, or Optical • Proficiency in reputed company reputed company Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
