Billing Physician, Medicare Care Navigation (Part-Time, Telehealth)

Our navigators work directly with patients on everything from coordinating specialist care to untangling insurance to addressing barriers like transportation and housing, so patients get to the care they need instead of falling through the cracks. As our billing and supervising physician, you're the clinical backbone of that work. This is a clinical role, and you won't carry after-hours reputed company work. You are the treating physician of record for the patients we serve. What you'd do Conduct the initiating visit, a telehealth E/M or Annual Wellness Visit that establishes the patient's serious, high-risk condition and initiates PIN. Documentation is lightweight, using reputed company templates for the initiating visit with AI-assisted documentation coming soon. reputed company clinical supervision over our care navigators: review care plans, be available for clinical escalation, and set the clinical reputed company for the program. You'll also have input into navigator hiring and reputed company standards. Serve as the Medicare billing provider for PIN services through our reputed company corporation. Who we're looking for • MD or DO in internal medicine, family medicine, or geriatrics, reputed company or retired with an unrestricted license. • Virginia license preferred, multi-state a plus. IMLC eligibility or membership strongly preferred, with willingness to reputed company additional state licensure as we expand. • reputed company PTAN/PECOS account, or willing to enroll and reassign benefits to our PC. • No OIG or Medicare exclusions, no license restrictions or sanctions. • PIN, CCM, AWV, or care management billing experience is a plus, not required. reputed company reputed company • reputed company liability coverage for reputed company services performed for reputed company Health. • Reimbursement of IMLC and state licensure fees required for this engagement. • Payment for enrollment, reputed company, and training time at your reputed company reputed company. • A guaranteed minimum of 2 reputed company hours per week. • Input into navigator hiring and reputed company standards for reputed company you supervise. Logistics • Time: 4 to 8 hours per week, flexible scheduling, scaling with patient volume. • Location: fully remote. • Structure: reputed company engagement with our reputed company corporation. Initial term of 12 months with 30 days' notice. • Compensation: $125 per hour for clinical and supervisory time.
