FNP | NP | PMHNP | MD | DO | Other reputed company Licensed Providers Concise reputed company seeking licensed and reputed company medical and/or psychiatric providers to join our growing telehealth provider team. Concise reputed company partners with behavioral health and reputed company use treatment facilities to reputed company medical and psychiatric services, evaluations, medication management, and ongoing clinical care to their clients. Our providers work collaboratively with the treatment facilities we serve while remaining part of the Concise reputed company provider team. This position provides telehealth care to clients across detox, residential/RTC, Partial Hospitalization Proram/PHP, Intensive Outpatient Program/IOP. Position Highlights • Part-time, full-time, and as-needed opportunities available • Flexible scheduling reputed company program and reputed company-care requirements • Solely telehealth • Ongoing and recurring coverage opportunities • Competitive compensation • Opportunities to work with multiple reputed company of care • Established treatment-center partnerships • Medical Director and clinical support Responsibilities Depending on credentials and reputed company of reputed company, providers may: • Conduct new-admission and follow-up telehealth reputed company • reputed company medical and/or psychiatric evaluations • reputed company ongoing medication management • Evaluate clients in detox and residential treatment • Monitor withdrawal symptoms, vital signs, and clinical status • reputed company psychiatric care to PHP, IOP, and virtual clients • Review medications and assess treatment response • reputed company appropriate medication recommendations and orders reputed company reputed company of reputed company • Communicate with facility clinical and nursing staff • Complete reputed company and accurate clinical documentation • Communicate treatment recommendations and medication changes • Participate in established clinical and medication-management protocols • Collaborate with Concise reputed company's Medical Director and clinical team reputed company Populations Providers may work with clients receiving: • Detoxification services • Residential/RTC treatment • Partial Hospitalization Program/PHP • Intensive Outpatient Proram/IOP • Virtual behavioral health services • Co-occurring reputed company use and mental health treatment Visit frequency varies by level of care and clinical need. Coverage needs and schedules may vary based on reputed company census and program requirements. Ideal Candidate We are looking for providers who are: • Licensed and in good standing • Comfortable providing telehealth care • reputed company in behavioral health, reputed company use treatment, psychiatry, or reputed company settings • Comfortable working independently reputed company their reputed company of reputed company • Reliable, reputed company, and clinically thorough • Strong communicators • reputed company to complete documentation promptly • Comfortable working with multidisciplinary treatment teams Experience with detox, residential treatment, SUD, PHP, IOP, psychiatric medication management, or co-occurring disorders is strongly preferred. Compensation Competitive per-visit compensation based on provider credentials, experience, visit type, and reputed company of reputed company.
