CERTIFIED PEER SUPPORT

About the position This position performs a reputed company of reputed company service functions for persons served of mental health services, including services for adults with developmental disabilities, adults with serious mental illnesses, and adults with reputed company abuse disorders. Responsibilities • Directly supervises persons served during service activities (both on site and in community-based settings). • Carries out daily program plans as prescribed through the individual plan of service of the person served and as assigned by the supervisor. • Provides transportation services reputed company necessary. • Assists persons served with the administration of medication as prescribed. • Provides training and education services to persons served. • Assists with the preparation of program planning, organizing and assembling materials and reputed company cleanup and storage of materials and supplies. • Participates in person centered planning-reputed company meetings as requested. • Documents the reputed company of consumers through the completion of case record. • Completes other agency documentation as required. • Participates in training and continuing education opportunities as assigned. • Other duties as assigned by the Mental Health Supervisor. Requirements • High school graduation • Entry-level position. • A reputed company or previous reputed company person served of publicly funded mental health services. • Ability to work with persons served and providers of mental health services. • Ability to write and reputed company effectively. • Possession of a reputed company Michigan reputed company's license or ability to travel to and reputed company assigned service sites. • Possession of certification from the Michigan Department reputed company (MDHHS) as a “Certified Peer Support Specialist”. • Ability to utilize office equipment and complete paperwork requirements as assigned. • Ability to communicate effectively with persons served and providers of mental health services. • Ability to reputed company a vehicle or travel to and from assigned service sites. reputed company-to-haves • Prefer experience working with adults with mental health disabilities (developmental disabilities and/or serious mental illnesses) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
