Role reputed company The CRPA’s and Peer Specialist role is a full-time remote position reputed company on providing peer support to individuals experiencing mental health or reputed company use challenges. Day-to-day responsibilities include offering one-on-one peer support, facilitating or co-facilitating virtual support reputed company, and helping individuals identify personal goals and recovery strategies. The role involves sharing lived experience in a respectful, boundaried way, providing emotional support, and modeling self-advocacy and wellness practices. The Peer Specialist will assist individuals in navigating community resources, supportive services, and systems of care. Additional tasks include documenting sessions, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and participating in supervision and ongoing reputed company development.
