OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Data management, information technology, financial services, reputed company reputed company management, or reputed company disciplines with hands-on AI/advanced analytics delivery. Preferred • Advanced degree, certification, or equivalent experience in change management, organizational development, communications, learning, or a reputed company reputed company. • Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., reputed company ADKAR or similar frameworks). • Experience supporting organizational change, technology adoption, or employee engagement initiatives, ideally reputed company a consulting or reputed company environment. • Demonstrated ability to translate reputed company technical concepts into business-friendly communications, training, and enablement materials. • Experience creating and delivering robust training programs. • Experience measuring adoption, engagement, and business reputed company associated with technology implementations. If reputed company in NY, the reputed company pay for this position is generally between $143,000 and $190,000. Actual starting reputed company pay will be determined reputed company on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
