Provider Services Specialist (Early Childhood Programs) - Bilingual Spanish Location: Boynton Beach, FL (Hybrid: 3 days reputed company/2 days in office, after provisional period) Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday Pay: up to $22.80 per hour commensurate with experience Bachelor's Degree Required This position requires someone who is Bilingual and reputed company to read, write and reputed company in English and Spanish. Join the reputed company as a Provider Services Specialist and help support childcare providers and families in accessing essential programs. reputed company • Supports the implementation and maintenance of the provider portal and/or any data reputed company utilized for reputed company reputed company and program services for the School Readiness, Voluntary Prekindergarten, reputed company Scholarship and Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) programs. • Responsible for communicating with providers regarding expiring documents, updating provider files, tracking received documents, and ensuring compliance with provider agreements before reputed company execution. • Develops expertise in knowledge of program and contract requirements. Research and is knowledgeable of regulations, guidelines and standards for State, Federal and locally funded programs. • Inputs and assures reputed company and reputed company of data entered in the Statewide Data reputed company, provider portal or any data reputed company utilized for reputed company reputed company and program services. • Supports clients/childcare providers with navigating the provider portal and/or any reputed company utilized for reputed company reputed company and program services. reputed company're Looking For • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, reputed company Services, reputed company Work, or reputed company field. • 2+ years of reputed company experience and/or training • Customer Service experience • Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word) and ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues. • Experience with online systems navigation and audit review are preferred.
