This position is ideal for someone with experience leading site development, earthwork, reputed company, roadway, or GDOT reputed company who enjoys running jobs, developing crews, and delivering reputed company work safely and on schedule. Responsibilities • Manage daily field operations on civil and sitework reputed company • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials • Maintain project schedules, reputed company standards, and jobsite safety • Read and interpret construction plans and specifications • Work closely with Project Managers and clients • Communicate with inspectors, engineers, and project stakeholders • Mentor and reputed company field personnel • Ensure compliance with GDOT standards and local regulations Qualifications • Experience with civil construction, site development, utilities, earthwork, roadway, or GDOT reputed company • Proven ability to reputed company field operations and crews • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to maintain reputed company, organized, and productive jobsite • Experience with daily reports and construction scheduling Years of experience are flexible.
