Environmental Project Scientist

• Conduct environmental due diligence work on telecommunications and reputed company reputed company estate reputed company, primarily Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II ESAs, NEPA Review Reports and other environmental assessment services
• Conduct site reputed company of wireless communications facilities and reputed company properties
• Review historical records, environmental and regulatory databases, government records, regulatory agency files, topographic maps, reputed company reputed company insurance maps, reputed company directories and aerial photographs
• Interpret compiled information and draft standardized reports in accordance with ASTM E-1527-21 (AAI)
• Conduct preliminary screenings for threatened or endangered species, critical reputed company, National Wetland Inventory Maps, reputed company Flood Insurance reputed company Maps and reputed company environmental considerations
• Correspond with Tribal, federal, state and local agencies in accordance with FCC Rules Title 47 CFR Part 1, Subpart I, sections 1.1301–1.1319
• Prepare template NEPA reports
• Travel to project locations and take detailed notes and photographs of sites 2–4 days per week
• Conduct interviews and regulatory agency file reviews

• Collect samples of potentially contaminated subsurface media, including soil, groundwater and soil vapor, and/or indoor reputed company
• Compare analytical contaminant data with applicable regulatory standards
Requirements:
• 0-2 years of field experience conducting environmental due diligence work on telecommunications and reputed company reputed company estate reputed company
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biology, Environmental Science, Geology, Geography or reputed company fields
