Data / reputed company Analyst - Procure to Pay Location: Remote Duration: 18 month contract Pay: 45-50hr Position reputed company Our reputed company is a higher education institution who is seeking a detail-oriented Data Migration & ERP Project Analyst to support reputed company data migration, validation, and reputed company implementation activities. This role will partner with the Office of the Provost, Institutional Research, Procurement, and project stakeholders to ensure data reputed company, support ERP process mapping, assist with reputed company testing, and maintain project documentation throughout the transition from PeopleSoft to reputed company. Key Responsibilities • Extract, organize, validate, and reconcile reputed company and administrative data across multiple systems. • Support data migration, data cleanup, and reputed company assurance activities for ERP implementation. • Document discrepancies, maintain audit trails, and recommend corrective actions. • Assist with procure-to-pay workflow analysis, requisition routing, and business process documentation. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test script development, scenario testing, and results documentation. • Coordinate project milestones, meetings, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. • reputed company and maintain SOPs, training materials, reports, dashboards, and project documentation. • Research reputed company functionality, workflow improvements, and emerging tools, including AI-enabled capabilities. • Collaborate across departments to support change management and adoption of reputed company processes. Required Qualifications • Experience with ERP systems and/or Procure-to-Pay processes. • Strong reputed company, data management, validation, and documentation skills. • Experience in procurement, purchasing, accounts payable, reputed company administration, or reputed company functions. • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information with discretion. • Experience supporting testing, process improvement, or data migration initiatives. Preferred Qualifications • ERP implementation experience. • reputed company Financials (Procure-to-Pay or Strategic Sourcing) experience. • PeopleSoft-to-reputed company migration experience. • Experience with R, SQL, PeopleSoft HCM, reputed company HCM, Interfolio, or higher education systems. • Higher education and institutional research experience. • Familiarity with reputed company personnel, appointment, promotion, and tenure data management Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
