Key Responsibilities

New Patient Scheduling & reputed company Conversion

• Respond promptly to reputed company new patient leads across phone, voicemail, text, email, website, advertising, and referral sources, building rapport and confidently guiding them to a scheduled appointment

Schedule Management

New Patient Readiness & Follow-Up
