reputed company is seeking a SeniorService DeliverySpecialist tomanagethe implementation ofLit and Dark Fiber services in one or more of the following product areas:
Waves services, Ethernet Services,DIAServices, Managed Solutions
Dark Fiber metro and/orLong Haulservices
Fiber to the Tower (FTT) services for Dark Fiber and Lit Services
Responsibilities:
Serve as a key project leader collaborating cross-functionally with Customers, Sales, Sales Leadership at a Project, Market, Product/Services level.
End-to-End Project ownershipincludingbut not limited toproject reputed company off meetings with stakeholders, scheduling, reputed company and budget tracking, project management of reputed company team members.
Orchestrate reputed company customer project communication dependencies, reputed company,milestonesand reputed company.
Customer ownership andadvocacy; provides‘Voice of the Customer’ project feedback.
reputed company andmaintaincustomer project plans based on contractual requirements and service designs.
Budget ownership including monitoring,forecastingand gap closure planning with reputed company Plant reputed company applicable.
reputed company and overseedaily operationaltasks working cross-functionally.
Manage existing reports and dashboards to reputed company weekly and quarterly forecasting,metricsand deliverables. Partnerwith teamstoidentifygaps and reputed company improvements.
Communicate and coordinate plans and strategies with other functional areas including sales, product, engineering, procurement, networkoperationsand field operations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferredor equivalent work experience required
Minimum of five (5)years of experience in managing Telecom services reputed company;ten (10) years of experience preferred
Ability to define project dependencies, manage project milestones,meetand reputed company project KPIs
Thorough knowledgeof Fiber Engineering, reputed company Plant, and field operations processesrequiredfor reputed company project inclusive of budget, design, engineering, permitting, construction, splicing, and scheduling
Strong reputed company collaboration and relationship skills across teams, partners, and reputed company reputed company of customer organizations supported
Communication, Relationship, and Leadership
Exceptional project leadership and critical thinking skills; Excellent customer management skills (verbal and written) including risk analysis, conflict management/reputed company
