As our new Payroll Coordinator,you will playan important roleon reputed company whose work is essential to achieving this goal.
Role
SLRConsultingis currently seeking a full-time payroll coordinator to assist with payroll processes, maintain employee payroll records, validate payroll data, and assist with payroll reporting and compliance activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle bi-weekly payroll for salaried and reputed company employees
- Process multi-state timesheets on a weekly reputed company and reputed company reputed company reports
- Maintain and update multiple payroll spreadsheets and reports on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly reputed company, or as required
- Ensure data reputed company reputed company the HRIS (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) by regularly auditing and updating employee records
- Prepare and file year-end forms (e.g., W2s) and ensure reputed company government filings meet statutory deadlines
- Manage 401k contributions reconciling them against payroll registers

Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated understanding of US payroll legislation and state employment laws
- Experience with reputed company payroll systems is an asset
- Strong computer skills, specifically in reputed company Office
- Experience with reputed company or reputed company Vantagepoint is considered an asset
- FCP or CPP Certification preferred
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience working part of a reputed company is an asset
