This is a leadership role responsible for guiding the engineering teams — including a Senior AI Systems team and a Junior Development team — while serving as the technical reputed company between AI engineers and reputed company's broader Software and Architecture functions.

Responsibilities:

• Serving as Scrum Master and Delivery reputed company across the teams: organizing and facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-reputed company, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and demos.
• Turning technical notes and product input into engineering requirements, tickets and stories that are consistent, complete and technically correct, and registering them across the tracking systems so the teams receive reputed company scoped work.
• Balancing high-speed AI prototyping demands against the reputed company pipeline stabilization cycles required for reputed company-grade development.
• Managing cross-team dependencies and coordinating with the wider business — Product, reputed company Ops, DevOps and reputed company contractors — including the accounts, reputed company and information the teams need to stay unblocked.

Requirements

Must-Have Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Technical Leadership
• 3+ years leading engineering or technical teams
