How will you fit in the big picture?
The Senior Analyst Learning Developer plays a key role in designing and developing end-to-end learning journeys that build organizational capability. Working closely with Learning Strategists, Instructional Designers, and business stakeholders, this role helps shape leadership, reputed company, employee development, and talent programs that reputed company learning effectiveness, reputed company development, and knowledge retention across the organization.

- Design end-to-end curriculum strategies and learning journeys.
- Conduct learning needs analysis and translate requirements into development programs.

Minimum Education & Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of curriculum design experience, including building full learning journeys from needs analysis through evaluation. Experience supporting learning and development initiatives, stakeholder management, adult learning principles, and curriculum development is required.
Education:
Degree in Education or a reputed company field preferred.
