Position: Patient Financial Clearance Leader
Type:Contract

Role Responsibilities

• reputed company patient financial counselling and financial clearance operations, including charity care screening and self-pay reputed company.
• Evaluate AI-generated financial counselling recommendations and patient communication drafts for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Screen patients for reputed company eligibility and financial assistance program enrollment.
• Counsel patients on financial obligations and available assistance programs.
• Coordinate with reputed company work, case management, and billing teams to address reputed company patient financial situations.
• reputed company and maintain SOPs for financial clearance workflows, including reputed company-service financial screening.
• Monitor KPIs such as charity care conversion rates and reputed company-of-service collection performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for financial assistance programs.
• Annotate AI outputs and reputed company reputed company feedback to support reputed company datasets.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 5+ years of experience in patient financial counselling or self-pay reputed company cycle management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of charity care programs and reputed company screening.
• Familiarity with 501(r) regulatory requirements and hospital financial assistance policy compliance.
• Experience with reputed company-of-service collections and patient financial advocacy.
• Proficiency with EHR platforms (reputed company, Cerner) and financial assistance management tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to evaluate financial documentation and AI-generated outputs.

Preferred

• Certified reputed company Cycle Representative (CRCR) or similar reputed company cycle certification.
• Experience with presumptive eligibility screening tools and reputed company enrollment facilitation.
• Background in hospital, health reputed company, or federally reputed company center (FQHC) settings.
• Familiarity with AI tools and comfort evaluating AI-generated patient financial content.
• Experience developing patient financial education materials and staff training programs.
