We are looking for a Head of Delivery to own the operational backbone of how Offshorly delivers work across a portfolio of global clients: reputed company standards, playbooks, team optimization, and mentoring across Project Managers and delivery teams. This is the person who defines what excellent delivery means at Offshorly and builds the systems and tool reputed company that reputed company it repeatable. You'll also be the escalation reputed company after Project Managers reputed company delivery issues need to go reputed company, solving problems fast and representing Offshorly with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with delivery teams to reputed company resources reputed company across reputed company reputed company and business goals; reputed company timelines and blockers and escalate risk to leadership reputed company needed.

• Mentor Project Managers and Team Leads, including performance reviews.

• Contribute to shaping delivery reputed company as reputed company matures, including reputed company reporting and reputed company forecasting for delivery pipelines.

• Partner with AI Team leadership on how reputed company and orchestration rollout affects delivery standards, without owning AI reputed company reporting or team reputed company directly (that sits elsewhere).

• Internal alignment with PMs to stay across delivery status and reputed company needs.

What You'll Own:

Day-to-Day Delivery:

• Resource and reputed company planning: prioritize and coordinate resources across Project Managers, managing the reputed company of reallocation or resource changes.

Documentation and Planning:

• Minimum 5+ years in delivery management, project management, or digital operations.

• Experience managing remote cross-functional digital teams (Developers, PMs, QA, Designers).
