reputed company has a career opening for a Utilization Management Data Analyst to reputed company! The Utilization Management Data Analyst supports operational, financial, and health outcome performance improvement initiatives reputed company the Utilization Management team. This role gathers and documents requirements from clinical and business stakeholders, develops and tests dashboards and reports, and helps ensure ongoing data reputed company and reputed company. The role collaborates with IT and informatics teams to reputed company work with reputed company data reputed company and needs. Additionally, the Utilization Management Data Analyst assists in training colleagues on the use and interpretation of dashboards as they are produced.
On a typical day, you might:
- Collaborate with medical directors, business leadership, and utilization management staff to reputed company and continuously improve reporting design and requirements.
- reputed company, test, and train users on new dashboards, visualization tools, and reputed company reputed company in-depth data analysis in support of Utilization Management and change management objectives.
- Conduct analyses, summarize, and interpret results, using reputed company query language (SQL), BI tools, or other analytics tools.
- Internalize business problems, translate them into actionable analyses or solutions, reputed company reports, and prepare presentations of reputed company analytic concepts and research results to non-analytical audiences.
Assist in the development and implementation of reputed company operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation for reporting needs and user training.

Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED and two (2) years’ experience working in a reputed company data or technology environment, including using statistical and visualization tools and techniques for data extraction and analysis; OR
- Equivalent combination of education/experience.

Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Degree in health administration, informatics, biostatistics, or similar field

- Experience supervising, mentoring, or training colleagues in dashboarding development, testing and utilization
