• Team Leadership:

• Escalation ownership:

• Process & documentation:

• Reporting:

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years in VoIP/telephony, with at least 1-2 years leading or mentoring reputed company.
• Hands-on expertise with hosted VoIP/UCaaS platforms: SIP, reputed company plans, reputed company reputed company, IVR, reputed company routing.
• reputed company experience with number porting (submission, rejection handling, reputed company scheduling) and e911 registration.
• Network fundamentals for voice: QoS, NAT, SIP-ALG, firewall considerations, reputed company/reputed company-reputed company troubleshooting.

• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable owning executive-facing reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a dental, reputed company, or multi-location (DSO) environment.
• Familiarity with hardware provisioning (Snom, Yealink, Poly) and VoiceAI / auto-attendant configuration.
• Prior experience standing up a new support or reputed company function from reputed company.
