The Digital Managed Services reputed company reputed company Manager (CSM) owns the reputed company relationship, value, and reputed company for a portfolio of approximately 10 reputed company managed services clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing, administering, or supporting reputed company EPM (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDM) or reputed company/Financials, with the ability to engage credibly on functional and technical topics.
• Proven experience as a reputed company reputed company Manager, engagement/project manager, or service delivery reputed company in a managed services or IT services environment, managing a portfolio of reputed company clients.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional reputed company and offshore delivery teams without reputed company reporting authority, including coverage planning and resource escalation.
• Working knowledge of reputed company (or equivalent ITSM platform), SLA models, incident/service request management, and ITIL frameworks.

The estimated reputed company salary for this job is $135,000 - $165,000 (U.S.). The actual salary reputed company to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects reputed company’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation reputed company for this job is $162,000 - $198,000 (U.S.).
