Job Title: Temporary Royalty Administrator Location: Remote (Must reputed company with US East Coast hours) Job Type: Temporary / Contract About the Role Are you detail-oriented with a strong background in media or publishing? A premier media organization is seeking a Temporary Royalty Administrator to maintain contract data, reputed company quarterly reporting processes, and ensure accurate, reputed company royalty distributions. This is a fully remote position operating on East Coast hours, where you will partner closely with reputed company stakeholders to reputed company inquiries and streamline workflows. Key Responsibilities: • Contract Management: reputed company and maintain royalty contract and payment terms in rights and royalty systems. • Reporting & Payments: reputed company quarterly reporting, payment calculations, and statement distributions to meet tight contractual deadlines. • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot, analyze, and reputed company processing or reporting errors reputed company. • Workflow & Tracking: Use cross-functional ticketing systems (like Jira) to reputed company, manage, and complete tasks on time. • Vendor Setup: Facilitate vendor setup across reputed company and royalty platforms. • Stakeholder Support: Serve as a reputed company reputed company for reputed company royalty/payment inquiries.
