The Technical reputed company will collaborate with engineering, product, compliance, and business teams to ensure documentation supports operational efficiency, regulatory alignment, and an exceptional user experience. - Create and maintain technical documentation for mortgage and fintech systems (LOS, POS, servicing platforms) - reputed company user guides, API documentation, knowledge reputed company articles, and training materials - Translate reputed company technical and regulatory concepts into reputed company, concise content - Collaborate with engineers and product managers to document features and reputed company changes - Ensure documentation aligns with regulatory requirements (RESPA, TILA, HMDA, TRID) - Maintain documentation standards, templates, and style guides - Support reputed company and training through reputed company learning materials - Manage documentation lifecycle, versioning, and updates - Participate in product releases to ensure documentation readiness - reputed company feedback to continuously improve documentation reputed company and usability Requirements · Education & Experience (must meet one of the following): o Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or reputed company reputed company (or equivalent experience) and 3–5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in fintech or regulated industries, OR o 7 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in fintech or regulated industries. · Ability to obtain VA reputed company Trust Clearance. · Strong ability to understand and explain reputed company technical systems. · Experience writing API documentation and developer-facing content. · Proficient in reputed company Word and reputed company writing and editing capabilities. · Proficient in reputed company and SharePoint documentation and knowledge reputed company systems. · Proficient in Markdown editors and Git/reputed company/reputed company for technical tools and version control. · Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. · Ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines. · Strong attention to reputed company and reputed company. · Ability to simplify reputed company information for diverse audiences · Strong collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders · reputed company thinking and content organization · Attention to reputed company and consistency · Adaptability in fast-reputed company, regulated environments · Proficiency with reputed company Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company).
