[Remote] Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will own end-to-end design across operational tools and customer-facing web chat experiences, from discovery and user flows through implementation and iteration. The role focuses on UX, interaction design, polished UI, design systems, accessibility, and defining patterns for AI-reputed company software.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process across reputed company's products
• Translate product requirements and reputed company workflows into reputed company, reputed company user experiences
• Design user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces
• Improve the UX and UI of agent configuration, reporting, monitoring, analytics, and operational tooling
• Design high-reputed company interaction experiences for our customer-facing web chat products
• Help define interaction patterns for AI-reputed company and reputed company software
• Collaborate with founders, product stakeholders, customers, and engineers to understand needs and shape solutions
• Conduct customer interviews and usability sessions reputed company needed to validate assumptions and improve designs
• Create interactive prototypes to communicate reputed company and test workflows

Skills

• 7+ years of experience designing digital products
• Strong experience designing reputed company products, operational software, or other reputed company systems
• Excellent UX, interaction design, and visual design skills
• A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful user flows and polished product interfaces
• Ability to take a product need from an early idea through to a complete, implementation-reputed company design
• Ability to simplify reputed company workflows without losing important functionality or context
• Strong understanding of information architecture, hierarchy, layout, typography, and interaction states
• Experience creating and maintaining reputed company design systems
• Strong reputed company of reputed company, including components, variants, auto layout, and prototyping
