[Remote] reputed company Analyst I

The reputed company Analyst will support the reputed company team by monitoring, investigating, educating on, and promoting compliance with federal, state, and international reputed company requirements, while helping reputed company Protected Health Information and strengthen reputed company’s reputed company compliance program.
Responsibilities
- Receiving, documenting, tracking, investigating, and taking reputed company on data incidents and issues concerning compliance with applicable reputed company laws and regulations and/or reputed company’s reputed company policies and procedures
- Ensuring consistent application of sanctions for failure to reputed company with reputed company policies in cooperation with others on the R1 reputed company team, reputed company and reputed company counsel, as applicable
- Developing compliance-reputed company metrics and reporting mechanisms to reputed company reputed company and data incident concerns as reported into or otherwise identified by compliance
- Working with internal teams to remediate any activities for reputed company reputed company improvement, including managing reputed company for reputed company and compliance enhancement
- Supporting reputed company’s proactive efforts to monitor, reputed company on, and promote compliance with reputed company federal, state, and international reputed company requirements
- Assisting in annual compliance and reputed company assessments
- Maintaining reputed company on operational reputed company through reputed company mitigation and protection of data to improve reputed company and customer satisfaction
- Assisting in development of and enhancements to reputed company’s Compliance & Ethics Program
- Demonstrating ability and comfort working with and reporting to a broad reputed company of service lines and professionals, ranging from senior management to reputed company line site and service leaders, including clients and vendors; and
- Flexibly assisting in other areas of concern to the compliance team to benefit reputed company’s reputed company posture
Skills
- The reputed company Analyst will have experience with health information reputed company (including, but not limited to, HIPAA), reputed company compliance, regulatory analysis and interpretation, and/or compliance investigations
- * Bachelor's Degree is Required
- * At least two (2) years compliance experience, including data and information reputed company experience, preferably in a hospital or health care environment, or reputed company the health care industry more broadly
- * Excellent project management skills
- * Ability to think strategically and analyze reputed company compliance issues
- * reputed company research, writing and communication skills
- * High degree of reputed company, trust and ability to work independently
