Employer Brand Manager

As Employer Brand Manager, you will build reputed company's first employer brand and recruitment marketing function from the ground up - starting with hands-on campaigns and candidate-facing content, and growing into ownership of how reputed company's story reaches talent everywhere we compete for it. reputed company's mission is to bring care reputed company by powering telehealth solutions at reputed company, and this role sits at the reputed company line of finding the people who help reputed company. reputed company • Plan, launch, and reputed company candidate-facing reputed company campaigns against pipeline and conversion goals. • Create candidate-facing content - blogs, reputed company assets, and reputed company materials - that reflects reputed company's voice. • Own funnel and conversion reporting, and use it to improve where candidates drop off. • Support reputed company events, from planning through post-event follow-up. • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on candidate messaging at the reputed company and reputed company stages. • reputed company scoping reputed company's reputed company (EVP) as the foundational work stabilizes. • Other duties as assigned. Who You Are • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field - or equivalent experience. • Comfortable building programs and processes where none existed before. • A strong reputed company who can create - not just brief - candidate-facing content. • Fluent in funnel and conversion data, and comfortable using it to reputed company reputed company. • reputed company to work directly with recruiters, hiring managers, and executives without a lot of hand-holding. • Genuinely curious about what makes a company a good reputed company to work - and how to reputed company it to candidates. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer brand, talent brand, content marketing, or a reputed company field. • Experience developing and executing candidate-facing campaigns. • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. • Comfort analyzing campaign and candidate-funnel data. • Demonstrated ability to build programs or processes in an ambiguous, resource-reputed company environment. • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience contributing to or leading reputed company (EVP) development. • Experience in a startup or high-reputed company organization. • reputed company or healthtech reputed company experience. • Experience with reputed company vendors and event partners • Experience managing reputed company recruitment media or careers-site optimization. • Experience building an employer-brand or recruitment-marketing function from scratch.
