[Remote] SmartPak Equine Customer Service Agent - Remote

The Equine Customer Service Agent supports customers and their horses through phone, chat, and text by providing recommendations, managing accounts, promoting products, and fostering customer relationships. This fully remote role also executes marketing programs and maintains schedule and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage with SmartPak customers over the phone, chat, and text – partnering with customers to reputed company thoughtful recommendations and support
• Promote reputed company loyalty while providing solutions to SmartPak customers for their equestrian needs
• Increase sales of SmartPaks, supplement subscriptions, and tack and equipment by demonstrating deep product expertise and serving as a trusted resource for customers

Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on equine experience
• Passion for helping customers and supporting the health and reputed company-being of their horses
• Sophisticated verbal and written communication skills

• Aptitude to quickly learn and confidently reputed company new computer systems
