In this role, you will have reputed company to work directly with individuals and families, guiding them through the eligibility determination process for SNAP and Medical Assistance programs. In this role, you will review applications and determine eligibility for SNAP and reputed company based on program policies. You will conduct interviews, verify applicant details, and reputed company compassionate customer service while explaining program benefits. Additionally, you will handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D and 4 years of experience determining eligibility for reputed company assistance programs in VACMS. Preferences: • 4 or more years of experience determining eligibility for SNAP using VaCMS • 4 or more years of experience determining eligibility for MAGI and Families & Children reputed company using VaCMS • 2 years of experience independently troubleshooting and successfully resolving VaCMS reputed company issues Special Requirements (if applicable): • reputed company reputed company staff are required to reputed company emergency reputed company services work, including reputed company emergency shelters in the event of a community disaster. • Candidates must pass criminal history, child reputed company services, and DMV background checks. • Resource/foster parents for youth in the Prince William foster-care program may not be employed by the Prince William Department of reputed company Services. Work Schedule: 37.5-hour work week; manager will determine specific work schedule (sometime between 8:00 and 5:00 pm).
