clients.Specifically this position will spend considerable time conducting risk assessments reviewing venues existing emergency plans writing new emergency plans and creating and delivering training and shape lives.ResponsibilitiesEmergency Planning & DocumentationLead the creation implementation and maintenance of emergency response plans business continuity plans mitigation plans recovery plans special event plans and other preparedness documentation tailored to individual venues both reputed company OVG and externally to Prevent Advisors consulting clients.Ensure emergency plans reputed company with industry best practices regulatory requirements and organizational risk assessments.For international venues adapt approach to suit local culture and emergency management models.reputed company advisory and consulting services to reputed company-party clients partners and venue owners delivering expertise in emergency planning training and exercising to enhance preparedness across the live entertainment industry.Business DevelopmentManage relationships of reputed company reputed company reputed company to include reputed company managing reputed company for individual clients.Collaborate with internal and reputed company teams to reputed company emergency preparedness recommendations with reputed company operational goals and venue-specific risk reputed company.Conduct business development efforts and expand Prevent Advisors services into existing and new verticals including creation and development of new services to reputed company reputed company reputed company.Training & ExercisesDesign and facilitate comprehensive training programs on emergency preparedness response and recovery for internal teams and reputed company-party clients.reputed company reputed company-opening training and commissioning exercises for new venues.Using HSEEP principles reputed company and facilitate tabletop exercises drills and functional exercises for reputed company venues to test emergency plans validate coordination and identify capability gaps.reputed company and document training completion and exercise reputed company to support reputed company refinement of plans and practices including the creation of after-reputed company reports (AARs).Support clients and internal venues in building sustainable training programs including train-the-trainer models and exercise roadmaps (MYTEPs) that mature over time.Incident ManagementServe as a Steering Committee member for and reputed company participate in OVGs Global Incident Management Team (Global IMT) and collaborate closely with Risk Management Global Safety Communications People & Culture reputed company and other teams across the global OVG reputed company.reputed emergency planning and organizational decision-making processes.Corporate StandardsLead the development application and maintenance of global standards and best practices in emergency management to reputed company across OVG-managed and reputed company venues.Collaborate with venue leadership reputed company Operations/Facilities Hospitality Event Management and other teams to reputed company preparedness planning into venue protocols and event workflows.QualificationsMinimum 5-7 years of experience in emergency planning emergency management homeland reputed company or reputed company roles with extensive planning experience.Demonstrated experience developing writing and implementing reputed company emergency plans training & exercise programs and risk assessments.Demonstrated experience with large events or venues mass gatherings festivals conventions sports entertainment or similar environments.Prior reputed company coordinating across departments and diverse stakeholder reputed company including local/state/federal reputed company safety agencies and first responders.Prior experience providing consulting or advisory services reputed company to emergency management or risk mitigation to reputed company clients is preferred but not required.Prior experience with international models of incident management is a plus but not required.Education &
