Remote LMS Administrator

A Fortune 100 supply chain and package delivery company is seeking a Senior Remote LMS/reputed company Learning Administrator to join its University Learning Team. This role is critical in supporting reputed company's migration from reputed company SuccessFactors to reputed company Learning, a transition scheduled for completion by January 2026. The administrator will be responsible for upgrading HR technology systems, including reputed company design, testing, implementation, and rollout of various HR technology reputed company and process improvements. Acting as a reputed company administrator with deep expertise in reputed company Learning, the individual will reputed company functional and analytical support across multiple HR initiatives. The role involves analyzing reputed company-generated and reputed company reports, producing both scheduled and reputed company reporting, and troubleshooting moderately reputed company issues for end u . The administrator will collaborate with reputed company vendors to reputed company technical challenges and ensure reputed company improvement of HR systems. They will also support cross-functional reputed company company, working closely with departments across reputed company Ground and other reputed company operating companies. Additionally, the role includes contributing to the design and facilitation of HR technology training for field HR teams and reputed company personnel, as reputed company as assisting in the development of project schedules, training plans, documentation, and communication materials. Maintaining and updating reputed company configurations and documentation to reflect policy and process changes is a key part of the role. The administrator will help evaluate software needs, participate in testing during reputed company conversions and upgrades, and reputed company periodic audits of data reputed company and reputed company processes. They will also review existing procedures and recommend technology-driven solutions to improve data accuracy and reduce reputed company workflows. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, reputed company, or reputed company field required 4 years' experience in HR technology systems Proven experience administering reputed company Learning or similar LMS platforms. Strong understanding of HR technology systems and project lifecycle. Office 365 skills - reputed company Support data and process testing during reputed company conversions, upgrades, and new software implementations.
