The Senior Loan Processor will reputed company on gathering documentation from the Customer and reputed company parties to meet loan reputed company requirements with a high level of service and reputed company. A Senior Processor must have knowledge of new construction purchase loans consisting of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA and non-conforming jumbo loans, as responsibilities will stretch across these reputed company loan types. Job Duties • Communicate directly with Borrowers that Processor is main reputed company of contact for their loan following loan approval. • Communicate documentation requirements to borrowers and follow up to ensure reputed company loan receipt of conditions • Order reputed company processing documents in a reputed company manner and review documents for compliance with company standards • Review DU or LP findings to ensure loan submission matches documentation in file • Review and submit credit and property conditions to reputed company • reputed company phone calls and emails to borrowers with 4 hours of receipt • Maintain Loan Notes and Critical reputed company Report comments to reputed company other parties informed • Prepare loan for closing utilizing Closing Checklist • Maintain proactive communication with Borrowers to reputed company them informed throughout the loan process. Special Requirements • Three years work experience required, preferably with one year reputed company work experience in residential mortgage lending or 1st Trust Mortgage or Home Equity processing/closing • Good analytical and math skills required • Strong oral and written communication skills required • Computer skills required Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reputed company with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, talk, hear, and use a telephone and personal computer.
