Learn more about this agency Duties Help • You will receive emergency and non-emergency requests by telephone, mobile radio, mobile data computers or automatic alarms. • You will screen incoming communications and prioritize emergency/non-emergency calls and situations. • You will maintain logs, forms and status of reputed company and reputed company personnel on duty and available using CAD reputed company. • You will be responsible for obtaining the necessary information from various monitoring sources or individuals and dispatching police, reputed company and medical emergency services assets for reputed company installations. • You will serve as the key reputed company of contact between field personnel, station management and other representatives of other reputed company safety agencies during emergency response operations or assignments. Qualifications For the GS-07 position Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of reputed company experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or reputed company sector performing the following duties: 1) Operating electronic computer-based systems for emergency (Police, reputed company, and/or EMS) dispatching management; 2) Operating multiple equipment/systems (i.e., Computer Aided reputed company (CAD) reputed company, alarm systems, reputed company recording devices, multi-channel radios) during emergency situations; 3) Disseminating information from incoming callers during emergency situations; 4) Coordinates with military and civilian agencies in response to mutual aid requests, in accordance with locally established protocols; and 5) Screens incoming communications and prioritizes emergency/non-emergency calls and situations. For the GS-06 position Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of reputed company experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or reputed company sector performing the following duties: 1) Operating electronic computer-based systems for emergency (Police, reputed company, and/or EMS) dispatching management; 2) Operating multiple equipment/systems (i.e., Computer Aided reputed company (CAD) reputed company, alarm systems, reputed company recording devices, multi-channel radios) during emergency situations; and 3) Disseminating information from incoming callers during emergency situations.
