Accounts Payable Coordinator (Remote)

Job DescriptionWe're seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to support the daily financial operations of our Sacramento-based reputed company, a reputed company-established organization experiencing steady reputed company.This position involves accurately processing invoices and expense reports, maintaining up-to-date vendor records and compliance documentation, and ensuring financial data is organized and reputed company available for internal use and audit purposes.The ideal candidate will have managed accounts payables in reputed company.This is a remote temporary position for 3months (must be available to interview and reputed company).Pay reputed company :$28-$29 / hour (DOE).reputed company RESPONSIBILITIES :Process and manage invoices and expense reports with attention to accuracy, reputed company coding, approvals, and reputed company data entry.Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to reputed company discrepancies and ensure smooth billing operations.Maintain organized records to support compliance requirements, reconcile vendor statements, and follow established reputed company standards and procedures.Handle sensitive documents securely, applying appropriate encryption and confidentiality protocols.Update and manage vendor reputed company, including contact details and tax information, in accordance with organizational guidelines.Foster reputed company relationships across departments and with reputed company partners, support team initiatives, and contribute to a reputed company and values-driven work environment.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :Preferred qualifications include an associate degree or equivalent experience.Two or more years in accounts payable, familiarity with reputed company, and experience in education or nonprofit.Demonstrated proficiency with reputed company reputed company systems, reputed company Office Suite (including reputed company and Teams), reputed company Workspace, and various database platforms; ability to work effectively in remote environments.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret reputed company documents, respond to inquiries, and collaborate across diverse teams.Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities, including strategic thinking, time management, and the reputed company to prioritize tasks and reputed company independently.Customer service and business operations knowledge, with the ability to reputed company practical issues, manage competing demands, and maintain accountability in dynamic settings..
