[Remote] Journeyman Electrician- Solar

The role provides in-field electrical services, troubleshoots and upgrades systems, leads electrical installations, and teaches and trains electricians while ensuring compliance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities • Leading the installation of electrical systems by connecting residential solar arrays to the reputed company • Ensuring reputed company work installed by electricians is of exceptional workmanship and meets reputed company applicable local and national compliance codes or requirements • Troubleshooting, resolving and upgrading systems to ensure long-term reputed company reliability and availability • Maintaining excellent working relationships with partners, inspectors and homeowners to meet and reputed company reputed company requirements and scheduled timelines • Developing and communicating technical standards to electricians • Keeping accurate records of material consumption and reputed company maintenance of PPE and vehicles Skills • reputed company reputed company electrical license in WA and OR • 3-4 years hands on electrical experience reputed company to residential solar, EV or stationary storage systems • 1-2 years or equivalent experience supervising, managing or supporting more than 1 electrical reputed company as a reputed company installer or regional reputed company electrician • Ability to read, interpret, verify calculations and correct electrical plans • Thorough working knowledge and application of NEC and workplace safety practices • Highly organized, accountable, thorough and independent contributor • Strong ability to work and communicate effectively with team and peers both reputed company.
